Dzuibek Development, LLC is the developer of Whispering Pines.
Dzuibek was formed with the mission of creating highly desirable,
close-in neighborhoods in the Twin Cities area by pursuing
re-development opportunities that take advantage of the existing natural
landscape and embody a sensitive attitude towards the environment.
Dzuibek works closely with the owners of properties that have
re-development potential and with local government to help maximize
the value of these properties for the local community.

About the name Dzuibek (pronounced zhu bek)
I know, its a mouthful. Dzuibek is the actual surname of my grandfather,
Anton Julik, who migrated from Poland in 1911. Upon arrival at Ellis
Island, Anton spoke no English. When asked his name, he stated
Dzuibek. The immigration agent wrote down Julik, and that has been
our family surname since that time. At least it's easier than Koscielniak,
which was my grandmother's maiden name.
